Due to the perishable nature of our products, we won't be able to provide a refund for change of mind or purchase error. However, if a product arrives damaged or does not meet your expectations of appearance, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order via hey@omala.com.au - include a picture of the item and your order details. We may be able to offer a refund, in which case the product will need to be returned to us in an unused condition and in original packaging.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason please let us know so that we can find a solution that works for you.
